I've never complained about this but when i get new jobs and and when im working on one, some other job gets JP's too. I wa wondering how this works.
Now im not complaining to this. just wondering how they make our lives much easier.  -------------------- Trying is the first step to failure. |

As one party member receives job points for a certain job, all other members will receive a small amount as well. Which means every time your monk attacks, for example, Ramza and the others will get a few Monk JP.
