A question about hosting a game

Okay this may seem like a stupid question to most of you but here goes....

How do you make games downloadable.....like i have a demo of my game and i want to make it downloadable...how would i do that????? >_>

Do you have Kazza? If you do then simply put it into your shared folder and then anyone who views it will be able to download it, but make sure that your upload settings are set so that people can download of you.
The only other way i can think of is open up a site on like Angelfire and then upload the file to your folder...

Thanks....

But theres one more thing.....

What files would i include???the same ones that it would include when i make a game disc(i have rm2k)????Or do i just put the game file?

If you just put the game file in, then any person who downloads said game will just get a file, without the necessary other stuff.  ie, the game won't play.  Usually, you zip the files into one small file, and put it in the folder.  Otherwise, a person would have to download every single part of the program.  Also, zipping the program saves yourself hard drive space.

Member of more than ten years. Member of more than five years. Vital involvement in the Final Fantasy I section of CoN. Contributed to the Final Fantasy IV section of CoN. 
Contributed to the Final Fantasy VII section of CoN. 
If you're using RM2k, make a game disk and put some required files in there, and I think you should put the download of the RTP there in there, too, for people who don't have it. I also suggest something better than Angelfire or Geocities, because they suck.
