Yes, they do. In fact, they care so much the tape it and make a MTV show out of it.

and that show launches a thousand lawsuits that won't hold up in court due to a little disclaimer at the begining of said show.

So the riddle is this: What show are we talking about?

I'd get it back on subject to riddles, or R51 may lock the topic. Just FYI

KingofFigaro was right. Just "Neck" would have worked, but I guess "Long neck" works just as well.

Grab'd!
In the string of letters below, can you cross out all the unnecessary letters so that a logical sentence remains? (A L A L T L H) This line was in the book, but I don't think it belongs, It doesn't seem to work right with it in here A L A L T L H O E G U I C N A N L E S C E E N S T S E A N R C Y E L R E E T M T A E I R S N S (Sorry for the poor formatting, I'm taking these right from a book, and that is the formatting in the book...) You must post all the letters you crossed out, and what remains. This post has been edited by doughnut on 20th June 2004 22:32 |

Is this a linear puzzle where the sentence starts on the left and ends on the right, or can you pick one letter and travel throughout the letters searching for a complete word/sentence.

Sentence starts at the top line, first letter, ends at bottom line, last letter.

The letters that you cross out are A L L T H E U N N E C E S S A R Y L E T T E R S.
So: A L A L T L H O E G U I C N A N L E S C E E N S T S E A N R C Y E L R E E T M T A E I R S N S Becomes: A L O G I C A L S E N T E N C E R E M A I N S -------------------- Fear the Minstrel Boy, for he sings. |

It's been more than 48 hours, and no one else was posting so....
Many people who are interested in American history and politics, and especially Republicans, never tire of pointing out that Woodrow Wilson, a Democrat, was a character of such dubious qualities that when he ran for the presidency, his own mother didn't vote for him, and Woodrow knew it. Although he did win, how did he know that his mother didn't vote for him? (nothing illegal involved) |

I think he was elected before suffrage, so his mother could not have voted at all.
