It does have some big words, but there is something more specific.

Ok i hate to double post but i have a way better solution...it is a pair of weights the more you use them the stronger you get therefore they become lighter to you and when you hand them to somebody else i.e. your spotter they become heavyer due to the weight of the weights and will probibly lose their balance resulting in a fall

I'm not too good at coming up with these things...I just like to solve 'em. So I went and found this riddle somwhere. It shouldn't be too hard:
