100%, first try, oh yeah.

Haha, we just did this in Psychology last week. But this test is flawed, all you have to do is pick the opposite of what the word says. Try saying it out loud. It's gets to be next to impossible. Would be much better if it was only 1 or 2 secs instead of 4 as well.

0% first try, because I was expecting some mangled corpse to pop up at me after like the fifth one and be like "ROFL GOT YOU", so I didn't even read the directions. When I found out it was legit, I got 100% on my second try.

The small adrenaline rush you get from trying to hit it on time is fun. Even though the timer didn't get lower than half way down on any question, it was both noticable and fun.

100% the first time. Once you figure out that it's always the opposite color, it's really easy...

100%, first time. Hehe. I love that trick.

I got 100% the first time, but I does mess up your mind. After the Second one I stoped reading the word and just concentrated on the color.

I got worse scores the faster I tried to do it.

100% first try. I actually thought 4 seconds was too much time. Maybe 2 or 3 would've been more challenging.

Maybe it's because I've seen and done that kind of trick illusion thing before. Tough stuff, but its easy to figure out and get used to. It's fun, though, methinks I'll go do it again.

Cool test! I love such things (remembers Karasuman's word game)!

I got 88% as first result. 100% as the second. Acutally, I did the test 3 times, but the first time I don't count, since I didn't read the instructions properly (Go me!) .

It's bad that it is the same questions all the time. They should input a randomizer function in it, to prevent people from learn the correct order.

Wow, most of you did a lot better than I'd expect! I agree, there should have been less time, and the order could have been randomized, but, it's only there to prove two things. 1) People tend to skip through instructions and 2) Your brain is pretty damn automated. Doesn't apply to everyone, in fact, doesn't apply to a lot of people here...be proud!

I'm one of those who didn't bother to read the instructions first so my first score was of course low. It was a fun test and now people i know are themselves, not bothering to read instructions and failing. Great stuff.

I didn't read instructions at first and thought it was simply "read the word and find it below". Got 0%. Second time around I developed a strategy after reading the instructions: Read the word then find the one that doesn't match it. Got 100%.

Alot of these responses remind me of a test given out in Jr High. The Directions said to ignore question 1-49 and go straight to 50. #50 said to put you name on the paper and turn it in. #1-49 had all these weird requests like bark like a dog and clap and take your right shoe off.

Haha, my mom was telling me about just that sort of thing. She once had a test where you could only use pen, and the only thing the teacher said was to read the instructions. The instructions said to read the entire test before starting. And the last question was something like "Sit quietly until time is up." All pen marks on the paper counted against them.
