I'm probably going to seem moronic for not getting it..... but does Testper actually exist, or is it simply a joke CoN's made up? It seems fairly obvious that it's a joke, but there is a gap for it in the Esper list (an unnecessary one, too) and it does seem like it could exist, if only as a debugging tool. If it does exist, how do you get it, and if it doesn't why's CoN gone and put it in the Espers page instead of in the Rumor section? I'm 99% sure it's a joke, but it's really bugging me.

suprinsingly.....
 no it isnt a joke it is almost impossible to find but its used for the many debugs in the u.s. and japenese cartridge it was orriginaly used to test out spells and the command of something like hp+50% to be checked and tested but it is said to have finites of hp and str and that anything dies from it but im not sure HOW to get it ive only seen it before |

i was looking online and they had this video with sum 1 summoning an esper called Tesper and they just played a few battles with it but ive done some research and found out about what it was to do

Which is useless, since you always get a blank spot in the list. Even if you collect all espers, "Odin" changes into "Raiden" and leaves a blank spot for you to use, so that final spot could have been left out (unless it was supposed to host something like Testper or so...
