One thing Shotgunnova, you can die in the *falling* house in Tzen even with the boy. It's if you don't get out in time period. All in all though I think that's right.

Trivia note: When you leave the house after you've entered it, you can walk all around the town while the timer is still going. When the counter reaches zero and you're just enjoying the sunshine or visiting the Weapon Shop or whatever, you still get a game over.

It's been four days, so I'll take it:
Give me the first time that you can see Ice3. I won't accept the answer of Celes being able to learn it naturally, since in a normal game, you'll learn Ice3 long after you could've seen it elsewhere. -------------------- |

Nice try, but no: Garm doesn't cast Ice3 when it's confused. Garm has a
Battle Special Fire2 Empty list for Muddle/Control/Charm/etc. No Ice3 there. -------------------- |

If I remember correctly, that's a good thirth. The second would include fighting a Madam at the Colloseum (bet a Chocobo Suit, bet the newly won Moogle Suit to fight Madam). Ofcourse, it's up to you if you visit the Colloseum before Daryl's Tomb or not, but it seems logical that you explore the continent first.

No. Having Kefka casting Ice3 at that stage in the game would mean total, complete and utter annihilation in case you weren't protected by Runic.
He doesn't have Ice3 up his sleeve. Ice2, yes. Nothing worse. By the way, how come "MagiTek Soldier" is a lower rank then "Chocobo Knight"? I'd rather be chased down by a loony on a oversized turkey then being targetted by a massive magical machine of mass destruction. Well, I'll be a hairy Imp with socks on. Ultros uses Ice3. Should've known since he counters the three basic elementals by the corresponding level 3 spells, but I never quite realized it.
You got it right, Goonies. In fact, you got it righter then me. I thought that Sketching a Garm would be the first, but you can't Sketch Garms until you bring Relm to the Veldt, which can only occur after Ultros #3. I bow down my head in shame, and present upon Goonies the next question. -------------------- |

I would say it's only ridiculously easy after you beat it once without help. Until then you don't know about all the good stuff right away, and haven't experimented much.
