I've got a real problem playing through ff6 at the moment: I've managed to get myself completely stuck! That is to say, I've got literally no way of continuing that I can see...
I'm in the WOB, at the bit where I've got to go and open the gate to the Esper world. However, before I discovered that that was what had to do, I took the ferry from Nikeah to South Figaro - leaving the Airship at Nikeah. Now, I can't return to Nikeah to carry on the game! Can anyone PLEASE help me by telling me how to return to Nikeah or in any way get the airship? I don't want to have played the last 12 hours and have to replay them to get to the good bits later on... |

First, I assume you made the mistake of not saving frequently, right? Otherwise Reset hurts nothing.
Second, if that's not available as an option, go east to Mt. Kolts then the Returner's Hideout. Go to Banon's room and search the south wall for the entrance to the Lete River. It'll ditch you near the crazy old man's house where Sabin's scenario began, at which you can just go directly south then west over the bridges back to Nikeah. -------------------- |

Umm... exactly the opposite, actually. I saved AFTER making the mistake, realised, and started cursing myself.

I used that loop (South Figaro, Mt. Kolts, Lete River, Phantom Forest, Veldt, Serpent Trench, Nikeah, South Figaro) in the WoB a lot to learn spells. The monsters in this area aren't hard once you get to the point of the airship, but gaining exp. and magic points this way is more interesting than just walking around Zozo so some other small area. Also, you can take Gau with you and learn some new rages on your way around.
