In Final Fantasy XI one of the races you can choose from are these cute little mages called Tarutaru. I was wondering how many people would have liked it better if there had been Moogles instead. I don't know why but I got to thinking about it while I was playing FF Tactics Advance (whitch does have moogles as a race) and I think I would've rather seen Moogles in FFXI.

Moogles, of course! I was actually pretty disappointed when I learned that moogles wouldn't be making an appearance in FFXI. Hopefully they'll make a comeback in later FF installments.

They are very creepy them Tarutaru-sauce thingies. Moogles are the only creatures apart from Haggis and Highland Loch Monsters (Theres more than one, but Loch Ness's monster won Loch Idol) who are cute that are not automatically deemed targets.

Moogles are the greatest of the FF races, and should be priased as such!

Playing as a moogle character would be cool. It would be like law to have to say 'KUPO!' and you could fly and everything...

I picked neither because I would vote for RABITE!!! Yeahhh. But hey, if I had to choose between the two it would definitely be the moogle. Takes me back to playing ff6 with all moogles.

Well sm, they are supposed to be a huge part of FF:CC. They hold this cage over you that projects you from the mist or something. Plus you get to paint them.

I effin cried when I saw Taruwhatevers instead of Moogles. Stupid FFXI. Moogles > Tarutarus because Square was obviously just like "Hay guys we hate tradition so lets scrap Moogles which everyone loves and put in Tarutarus!"

Weird name of those watchamacallems. I'm not even gonna disgrace the Moogles by saying T*******. Moogles are awesome, no question about it.

Ok, a million TaruTarus with sub machine guns, against one moogle, with hands tied behind his/her moogly back and all spears, swords, and any other weapon you couldnt possibly see a moogle carrying aside...the moogle would win...hands down.

I don't know if I'll play FFXI or not, but I would be a lot more likely to do so if you could play as a Moogle instead of a Taurtaru. Maybe the folks at square thought there would be too many Moogle players?

I loved the part in FFVI where the Moogles team up with Locke to help Terra in the caves.
