How many weapons are there in FF6? Like 8 billion. And you included things that aren't even weapons. If you can't fit all options, please don't make it a poll.

I voted for atma weapon, but my favorite is the ragnorak sword. I usually don't take the ragnorak esper anymore cause it is just to easy.

Stuff like the AtmaWeapon and other things are really powerful, but the Dice have to be the coolest. Not even sharpened cards match attacking enemies by throwing dice at them. And those magical dice whose roll can determine the amount of damage done...that's just darn cool.

speaking of weapons, i have been trying out the ogre nix lately. although it doesnt give great stats, it is deceptively powerful. unfortuneately, it breaks every few battles.

Catscratch! It's very powerful and you get it early in the game.

ATMA WEAPON BABY!!
this sword grows stronger gradually on the character you choose, better keep it to one character though for high power damage
+ it looks cool

I love the un godly atma weapon. It's as big as you and you equip with one hand .

I prefer the Ragnarok or the Illumina. I like them both. Mainly though I like the Illumina.

I always like to use the Illumina with the Paladin shield. IMO you can't really have a Holy Knight without a Holy Sword and the Illumina is as close as it gets. I know you have to give up the Ragnarok Esper to get this weapon, but after you have the Paladin Shield you can simply learn Ultima from the shield.

As for other weapons, I believe all characters should use the strongest weapon that fits them. This would include Cyan with the Strato(i think), and Terra with the Scimitar, etc ...

I like throwing weapons very much. "Full Moon" is very cool! And so is boomerangs like "Wing Edge" and Shadow's throwing dirks and shurikens. I love when characters have got a boomerang as a main weapon. Locke almost has, it's a pity he can wear swords (although useful).

yup, unlike atma weapon, you can sell for 75GP

i guess my favorite is atma weapon. This weapon's unique. Your accuracy and attack does not matter. Only your HP. I wouldn't say atma weapon's that strong (well it's only an opinion), but its power can be increased in different way than other weapons, by increasing HP. Most times, if you try to increase attack, you'll lose defense, but with atma weapon, if you concentrade on HP, you get both defense and offense. Also, the atma weapon ignores defense and evade, killing monsters like cactrots in one hit.

the atma weapon is definitely one of the more unique weapons in rpgs. and thank you for recognizing WHY i said dirks rock. very astute!
