That's Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, for those of you who can't tell.

I think Sabin would work well. If the battle system is similar to FFT's, he could have a default job class with ability Blitz, then you'd learn the eight blitzes with JP, etc. Also, he'd have the Monk ability that gives you great attack power with your fists.

DP he's talking about the monks auto skill barefist. which grants them high attack power without weapons.

ZH, he's right. But I was talking about having a special sort of Squire for Sabin, like they did for Ramza. Sure, there would be two Monk-type things for him, but nobody else would be able to use Blitz, and Sabin would be good at Monk as well. It wouldn't be unfair - all the sword-people like Agrias and Orlandu have an advantage with the Knight job class.

Special character eh?
How about Giligamesh (FF5) or Siegfried (FF6)? I'd love to have them on my team. Although I'd be sure to give Gligamesh the real Excalibur... But I can't add this post without mentioning Cid from FF4...I mean come on!!! Giant Hammer!!! Truckloads of hitpoints!!! Wouldn't it be cool if they used Sephiroth? I mean he could be a combination of a Samurai and a Knight. This would give him the speed and strength that a character of his caliber deserves.

If they followed the actual "trend," wouldn't that mean adding in the main character of the most recent new FF game as a hidden character (ie: Tidus)?

Since there is a connection between FFT and Vagrant Story (it's slight, but it exists), it could happen the other way around : Callo Melrose, or Ashley Riot would be cool, Sidney Losstarot too.
If it were a character from the FF serie, I'd like Vicks and Wedge : after all those years, I think they deserve a better treatment. But I like Neal's idea about Sabin, he would go well in the FFT gameplay... |

Gilgamesh, he's a recurring character. He can have weird sword attacks. Or Gogo, although a Mimic job class already exists.

I'd be willing to bet that if Square Enix decides to add in a hidden character or two, it will either be Tidus, Yuna, or both. If you remember, Final Fantasy VII was the game back when FFT was released, and it wouldn't surprise me to see them go with the latest Final Fantasy heroes, especially since Final Fantasy X-2 will be released around the same time.

Ok Since [spoil] Cloud [/spoil] was in FFT i want him to be in here but after an other side quest where u defeat sephiroth but gotta do a quiz about Cloud and get all Of The Answers Correct get Sephiroth at level 50

I agree with Rubicant--I think Tidus or Yuna would be the most likely addition.

Almost anyone from any Final Fantasy game would be cool in the game, but Leo, Sephiroth and a few other "powerhouse guys" that have been mentioned here or probably will be very soon would do an amazing job.
Hmm...What about Gogo or Gau? Gogo could mime anyone and Gau could do a rage from any character/foe. Interesting... -------------------- People say I'm a slow learner, but I type fast! |
