What level were you guys when you fought him?

Which Elmdor are you talking about, first? The one on the roof at Riovanes, or the one with the assassins at Limberry? Or evern further, in the basement at Limberry?

I usually make it a rule of thumb for myself to be at around level 30 entering Riovanes castle, and I do a strategy for Velius that gets Ramza about ten extra levels. But I'd estimate anywhere from 30-35 would be good for rooftop Elmdor. It's really speed, and not levels, that determines how well you'll do in that battle.

Me, well i always go over and above what is needed. At Riovanes Castle i lkie to be level 40, at limbery i like to be level 47-52 and the base doesnt matter if i am within 47-52 fo the lomberry castle battle.
