I wasn't exactly sure about where this topic would go so I put it under Other..
I recently beat both FF4/FF6 again, well, actually FF2/FF3.. I haven't been able to find any of the Japanese ROMs. I would like to find the same ones used in the screenshots sections of both games in CoN. If anyone knows where a good place might be for me to find these, please give me a Reply. |

For ff4 try this link
Moderator Edit Removed -Tiddles I haven't found an original ff6 rom but the closest you can get is Rubicant's in the ff6 downloads section. This post has been edited by Tiddles on 7th November 2003 00:07 |

We can't give links to ROM sites, sorry. We don't host any any more, either.
For the record, though, our FF6 screenshots are from FF3us. Our FF4 screenshots are from J2E's translation. If anyone has a link to the translation patch for the FF4j ROM, please feel free to post it. It's for that that I'm letting the topic remain open. I don't know of any complete FF6j translations, but RPGONE Translations is working on it. But please, no links to the ROMs in these forums. Sorry. I hope the information above gives you some help in finding them by yourself. |

I think an FF6j translation exists, because whoever wrote the FF6j walkthrough at rpgclassics.com seems to (if I'm not mistaken) have used a translation.
(Those nonsensical ROM legalities...) -------------------- Check the "What games are you playing at the moment?" thread for updates on what I've been playing. You can find me on the Fediverse! I use Mastodon, where I am @[email protected] ( https://sakurajima.moe/@glennmagusharvey ) |

Sky Render of (you guessed it!) Sky Render Translations was working on FFVI, then teamed up with RPGOne, I think, to finish it, so any and all interested should check out their site.
