Try following the freaking directions such as:
1. Download SNESTool 2. Patch the patch and the ROM together. That was mad hard. -------------------- I find your lack of faith disturbing... |

I believe that works with SNES9XW as well, same name, same directory, diffetent extensions |

That's what's called a soft-patch, as it doesn't REALLY patch the ROM itself. Once you move the patch out of that folder or change it's name the ROM goes back to normal. But yeah, either way should work fine. I should really put the updated complete version of that patch up here sometime...
