Level Averaging in FF6 SNES @airship control

I just started a low level game that went a bit wrong, so I leveled locke some outside rachel's hometown; now I'm at the player controls the airship for the first time part and level averaging looks like this:
Terra lvl 3 ---> lvl 10 Locke lvl 19 ---> lvl 19 Edgar lvl 6 ---> lvl 9 Sabin lvl 6 ---> lvl 9 Cyan lvl 7 ---> lvl 9 Gau lvl 7 ---> lvl 7 Celes lvl 5 ---> unknown Shadow lvl 6 ---> unknown (I leveled shadow once with Stray) Setzer joins at level 9 This is SNES v1.0, locke(19) and Gao(7) were on the mine cart portion and fought the cranes. Not sure what is happening here - can anyone shed some light on this? |
