Id have to go with Agrias sure she has at first a sole mind on the princess and the princess only, later she kind of becomes better. She also looks cool and in the begining i think is the best character to have on the field. Lightning stab helped me many a time.

I agree, he IS awesome, but he really wasn't a villain. He wasnt a swell guy, but he wasnt evil or anything. I guess it may all be in opinion. Meh.

is this even a question?
DELITA!! of course, the man went from a peasant to a king. and the way he did it was just awesome. and for any of you who may think this: DELITA IS NOT A VILLAIN! How does stopping a war, saving the lives of Ramza, Orlandu, Olan, Balmafula etc. . make you a villain? How does ending the lion war make you a villain? how does lifting a princess up into the light after she has been used by everyone who ever knew her make you a villain. answer: it doesn't. (that and delita's holy knight class rocks, the sprite kicks butt, and so do it's stats) - and if anyone is wondering how I know it's stats, it's called a gameshark. I also liked Izlude quite a bit. -------------------- |

ok it depends on the situation
Reis is my all out favourite along With Weigraf and Miluda Im Poor so i back them up 100% Beowulf is the best guy to have in the deep dungeon. All you have to do is get down to one enemy and keep chickening him. Zalbag was cool and very loyal i think the perfect team of my favourite characters would be Reis, Miluda, Weigraf, Elmdor and Izlude |

Delita is definetly my favorite. Why? He's not that strong even for the levels that you have him in, you never get to directly control him without hacking, and in the begining he could get a little annoying. Why, then was the battle where you fought the heresy examiner the happiest day of my life? Because, if you look closely, Delita is the focal point of the story. Ramza is more of a behind the scenes character, which anyone who paid attention tho the beggining of the game should know. Delita decides to take charge of his life earlier than Ramza, and he had a constant plan, while Ramza didn't. While Delita isn't exactly the hero they talk about in the "history books" he's still my favorite character. In fact, the first time I saw Malak, I thought it was Delita for a second.
Second would go to Zalbag, because he was pretty cool in that one battle where he was the guest. |

I so truely hate to do this since it seems like I'm following the crowd, but really, I do beleive Delita was the character meant to appeal the most. Anyone else want a game completely from his perspective? Ah hell, wait for PS3 and you could make a damn fine action game of FFT based off of being Delita, since, lets face it, he was more of a loner and never had backing WITH him.
But back on subject...Frankly, the only solid character in the game was Delita. Ramza was the same throughout the whole "Hi, I'm Ramza, and I'll be your hero today." Delita however, underwent change. Delita at the beginning and Delita at the end were far different beasts, when it came down to how they acted. -------------------- There is life after you've been to hell and back. Beowulf for Two Reasons.
1. Hes strong and bad ass. 2. In real life (yes real life, but a fable) in the Anglo Saxon period, he was bad ass then too. Killed the son of Cain with out using weapons. yes he used his BARE HANDS! My favorite character is Beowolf, he's got a good backstory (wish it had some more explanation and detail though) and has a really tough class. Most of the spells kick ass, mainly petrify and chicken (oh how I love slaughtering chickens... I should work at KFC!!!

WHAT IS THIS? ONLY ONE PERSON PICKED THUNDERGOD CID? Hahaha. He's the craziest guy in the game! I suppose he does make the game a whole lot easier but still.
Agrias is actualy pretty cool when you first get her. Any regular character with Samurai job status, hahaha. -------------------- - The problem isn't relgion, the problem is religious tolerance - |

i too like zalbag- because statistically, he is the most powerful character in the game (aside from weigraf). and becuase the scene where teta gets kidnapped zalbag charges out and whips the crap out of the thief that was trying to take alma.
but delita is still my favorite. This post has been edited by KingDelita on 24th June 2005 02:57 -------------------- |

Ramza is my favorite character in FFT.
He is honorable unlike most of the other NPC characters. He also has the courage to stick up for what's right. T.G. Cid is another character I liked. He is the best character, battlewise. After you get him, most battles become quite easy when you bring him in. His sword attacks were cool, too. |

well, Rafa is my favorite cause of her high faith and low brave and can cause great damage with the magic guns. and plus her spirte is cool tool
Ramza is one of the coolest characters and gets lots of help fighting the bad guys tho tries to take over the world, T.G. Cid is also good to have around, he is a real powerhouse for many fights! and zalbag, he is cool and wished he would join up my party after the fight with your elder brother. oh well. if Zelbag and Izlude beleve Ramza about some evil plot from the church is about to come ut, they would join his party. |

Quote (Mewmon @ 1st July 2005 13:58) if Zelbag and Izlude beleve Ramza about some evil plot from the church is about to come ut, they would join his party. never thought about that, but that is true, there are a few people who would have joined ramza if they just would have opened their eyes to what was really going on. but having Izlude, Agrias, Meliadoul, TG Cid, Zalbag, Beowulf, Cloud, and Ramza would have been a little ridiculous. -------------------- |

Delita, of course. He's my role model: genius, calm, decisive, intuitive, successful, powerful. Even before he became King, he had so many connections that anyone who even looked at him funny was dead. Plus, he was physically very strong as well, certainly stronger than Agrias.

I like Cid best. When I first got him and realized he could take out whole fields of random enemies by himself, filling his life back up with the vampire night sword skill, and just being ridiculously strong and fast; he's like a crusading angel.
