The whole team working on this game was deeply inspired by FF6, I'm doing the soundtrack and Uematsu is a huge influence. I've never posted here before so I'm sorry if this is deemed inappropriate but I just want to get the word out on this game and I think you guys will all be really into it.

Normally, yeah, this would be completely against the rules. We don't typically condone advertisements from people who show up just to advertise and then (usually) have no use for our community after that, particularly when they are looking for money.

That said, in this case, I'm leaving your link in for the time being, because I'm actually pretty impressed with what I see in the kickstarter and it seems like the kind of thing that I could see one of our members sharing with us organically. If you and your teammates are interested in participating in a discussion with us here about the game, I'd be glad to have you. Otherwise, well, I'll have to go back to our rulebook, I guess.

What other projects have you and the other folks worked on? I did see the Uematsu influences in your work and thought you did good work. The illustrations and sprites look very nice as well, so kudos for that to the proper parties.

Anyway, good luck to you and I hope you make it back to talk about the game some more.

Why aren't you shopping AmaCoN?

Just looking at that screencap is pretty impressive in and of itself. The scenery is beautiful, and the shadow being at a 45 degree angle like that is a nice touch.
