A lot of Americans might have already heard that starting in about an hour from this post, the FXX network (which was once Fox Soccer Network, for which they have a lot of apologizing to do) is going to marathon every episode of The Simpsons back to back. It's 500+ episodes over the course of 12 days, and while they're not all gems, there's going to be some phenomenal comedy and satire in there. Beyond that, if you are on the right cable provider (again, here in the States), you'll be able to stream them all after the initial marathon, too.

I not only will be working from home for the next couple days to catch the brilliance of the early seasons, I also have a cable provider who is signed up to allow the streaming. I have every intention of reliving some classic Simpsons of my youth in the near future.
