After a drunken poker game, I got back to my pc and was playing the edgar terra bannon scenario through marsh and rounded up 6 moogles in the western part of the moogle cave near the rune blade chest.....for fun. I couldnt get more than six without yelling at the moogles so I stopped there. But simply herded them by blocking their path and moving them through the cave to the western edge of the room. Yeah...any thoughts? Does anyone else do stupid shit like this?

Also, what is up with the second valiant knife that can be stolen/dropped from the behemoths in the veldt cave? I have rom f1 saved steal steal steal rom saved killed/dropped these things and cannot get a second valiant knife, but every bestiary guide I read says that one of the behemoths has a valiant knife to rare drop and have wasted a few hours on this? Is this a GBA only thing or did someone make a bestiary mistake once and all the internetz copy paste errors follow suit?

I dont like to play the GBA version because it has shitty music which is a primary reason the snes version is so good. Im not watching JAWS without John WIlliams, sorry.

As far as I'm aware, there's only one Valiant Knife in the game -
Possible spoilers: highlight to view
the one Locke gives you after the Phoenix Cave.

For what it's worth, CoN's bestiary says that Behemoth only drops an X-Potion, and can only produce Running Shoes, Tonic, and Elixir when including other means.

(Make sure to set it to SNES/PSX view, in case it doesn't default to that.)

From the guide:

The game data says that this guy gives you a BehemothSuit 100% of the time, which is how it is supposed to be. However, they overlooked something with the data concerning the switch between the two SrBehemoths, so the items from the first SrBehemoth get grabbed from some random data location. In the US SNES versions, this means you either get a Jewel Ring or a ThunderBlade. I currently have no information about the Japanese game or the PSX port, although I've heard rather unconfirmed mentioning of a ValiantKnife and an Oath Veil. My ROM image copy of RPGone's version 1.2 translation had a rare Ninja Gear and a common ValiantKnife, but I dare not say if that goes for all of their patches or the Japanese game in general.
