Who is your favorite male character from Final Fantasy III/VI? I did not include GoGo on this poll, because he/she would not fit, so I put him/her in the favorite female poll.
I liked Locke. His hero complex makes him that much more relatable. And I love his devotion to Celes. His initial liking for Terra was relatable too, even if I anti-ship them. He is so valiant and such a hero, and so adorable. ![]() Overall, though, my favorite was Cyan. He was really cool, and I found his losses more heartbreaking than Locke's, for obvious reasons. And he never developed any complex about it, which is admirable. It is harder than it sounds to keep your head straight under such circumstances. And his theme is awesome. |

Locke because he turns and winks when he unlocks a door in Narshe. Nobody else comes close for me.

Setzer. He always makes me smile somehow. His personality and character design are great.

Quote (Blinge Odonata @ 9th October 2013 18:17) I vote Setzer, but only if it's St Khael dressed as Setzer Awh, thanks! I'm actually rebuilding him right now as a major project. So I'll be running around as a man again soon. x3 I also need to get you all a good picture of my husbands's completed Locke Cole. That one came out really well. I voted for Locke because, as people have already said, he's very . He's got a charming personality, an interesting back story, and some great plot moments. In second place I'd say Cyan, who probably has the most powerful side story of all the male characters.

I voted for Sabin because he was my one of my favorites to play as with his blitzes and stuff. But really there are so many, namely for me, Sabin, Shadow, Setzer, and Mog. Man I haven't done a play through of this game in a while but I'm starting to feel the inkling.

Locke is not only my fave FFVI male character, he's my favorite character in all of the games. He's the perfect balance of flawed and strong, and to top it all off, he seems to be the most common of all characters in the FF series. Just in six alone, we have: Two princes, a billionaire airship pilot, a half-blooded mage warrior, and a top flight assassin, and a feral child. There's nothing wrong with being extraordinary, but, in my book, the common person doing uncommon things is the best kind of hero.

Strago. I enjoyed his unique blue spell base. Sad Force Field is learned too late. I suppose that's why there's FULL.
