I must say, even though Josh was a great webmaster, I have to go with my Canadianness and root for Tiddles.

Long live the Queen! (of England)

August Fool's, or so Neal suggested I say.

I am not leaving. There will be no squabble over who takes over. There actually IS joy in Mudville. You'll come here tomorrow and everything will be exactly as you left it. I said in the first post of this thread, bigger and better every day. And I meant it, and I won't leave this place until well after it can get no bigger and no better.

Sorry for the mean prank, but for once our news got some good attention. ^_^

What happens if we still want to hail Tiddles as the new leader?

Oh, one last thing before I get a restless sleep, plagued with dreams of you all coming to stab me after today:

It's not a big deal if I DID leave the site. What makes the site good, or even great if you want to think so, isn't me. It's you people reading this, especially you people who get the joke. It's the staff, and it's the members, and it's the friends you members bring here too. Or split personalities, in the case of SM/Kappa.

My presence here is not necessary. Yours is. And every day I feel more and more lucky that you have made your presence known to me.

Well, it seems as though the telephone company got my problem fixed in just the nick of time.

Happy Birthday to the CoN! The only reason I use the internet more than once a year! (Probably more like 365 times now).I know I've told the R51 a million times how much I love this site, so I'll spare him this time.

Anyways, If there was any talk of a new leader, I'd have to vote for Tiddles, as I'd be afraid he'd eat me otherwise.

Josh, you just said that so they'd all lower their weapons and go "awwww", didn't you? ^-^

Group hug!

And we're evil bastards, aren't we? ^-^ You all should know quite well by now that the staff is filled with young adults that like to pull jokes. Look at the FF9 Pizza Bear for an example.

Likewise for the thread (in a good way).

The clouds ran away, opened up the sky
And one by one I watched every constellation die
And there I was frozen, standing in my backyard
Face to face, eye to eye, staring at the last star
I should've known, walked all the way home
To find that she wasn't here, I'm still all alone

Well happy 6th to the Caves Of Narshe!

R51 (or can I join the inner loop and call you Josh), nice prank there. Had I read this thing yesterday...I would have fallen for it making some rant up about how there'd be no one left to put my post counter back and call me a crazy idiot. Well...then again...nevermind that last part.

Btw your speech was reeally touching there....but without the R51 there is no Caves Of Narshe. So if you ever think of leaving....just change your mind unless you wanna wake up to the sound of the entire CoN forum at your door with torches and pitchforks. I kid I kid. I'm still not putting down my damn sword and pitchfork. DIE YOU MUTANT GOD OF PUSS FILLED RASHES!!!!!!!!!! *leaps into wall, only to knock self into a deep sleep* ZZZzzzzZZZZzzzZZZZZzzzz*mumble mumble* must.....reach...the yellow cord....save...brass...chipmunk...*mumble mumble*

ANYWAYS.....happy 6th again!

..so i should turn the HMS Invicible,HMS Vanguard, HMS Vigilant, and HMS's Cardiff around before they reach the Chesapeake and Delaware bays then?

well the fact it was all a big joke is good news..some goodness in the thread as almost every other post here is filled with so many anti-british or anti-scottish (Queen of "England"? Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland ignored again!) remarks to the point where its upset me...
But hey, its just the like the BBC! :E

wonder what gag you'll pull next year (if any?)

Well, you know, Del, Tiddles does live in England. If I was (jokingly) supporting England, why would I mention any leaders in Scotland, or Ireland?

And don't even ask why I said the Queen instead of Tony Blair. I think that's obvious enough. ^-^

I have no problems with Scotland. I was visiting my cousins there about 10 years ago and I love the country.

Oh, and welcome back DF ^-^ Some of us were starting to wonder about you. Busy setting large forest fires in Western Quebec and Ontario, I take it? Or was it you that was responsible for the Alberta ones?
