Getting General Leo into the WoR - No Cheats Found

After much diligence after finding a guide to how to use a glitch that was fairly recently found in the game, named The Airship Glitch, I finally figured out a way to get Leo into the WoR without cheating at all. Of course, you could cheat to get the airship without going through the first step of the process and produce the exact same results, but that's up to you. Regardless of that, here is the video I created on how to get Leo. Please enjoy and share.
