I was in the mood for jazz. I was also in the mood for Final Fantasy. A wondrous youtube search ensued. These are my favorites:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-7OIh215qY - Don't Be Afraid from FFVIIII, jazz piano, fairly brisk, some good syncopation and some really fantastic chord re-interpretations that you could miss if you aren't paying attention.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-ykXdZQl_c - FFIX Boss Battle, done in a big swing band midi arrangement. Pretty fun.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6IepfXPZPQ - Rikku's Theme from FFX, done in a jazz lounge style with a brush drum, two guitars, and a bass.

I'm actually glad you guys bumped this, as I've found a few additions to make since posting the topic.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gH1uspIqK-c - Kefka's Theme from FFVI. This is a fantastic version, where they've really melded the original into something new while staying faithful to the original track.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWbwWYMANa8 - Sunleth Waterscape from FFXIII. The FFXIII soundtrack is already pretty darn jazzy to begin with, but these guys bring some excellent improvisation to the table that totally transforms the style.
