Heh, yeah. The way that AmaCoN queries for that stuff is definitely unoptimized, and I haven't really had time to review it since the initial launch (though I do have a bug for it, assigned to me, in the CoN bug tracking system and have for a very long time).

That whole system needs gutted and redone - heck, it even has a bunch of hacks that were needed because we still ran PHP4 back when it was first written. Priorities, priorities.
