Hi,

So it's been just under a year since I last logged into CoN. The reason for this impromptu visit? Apparently your Facebook has 2 inbox's:

1) For messages from your friends.
2) For any other messages.

I did not realize this until today so I've been rooting through all these messages and deleting them. A highlight was a message I got from Ed Sheeran's Facebook page back in 2009 before he reached a ridiculous level of fame. Another was this message:

I'm pretty sure Moogle30 doesn't know about the facebook group, so this seems safe enough for now. I'm trying to keep things from going too nuts, but I do have a signed contract that is making it hard. Will keep you all posted.

Ah yes, what an excellently deployed.... 'event'.

In addition to the site's new pulchritude (for which I can claim no responsibility at all), there has been a complete content overhaul of the FFV section (for which I can claim some credit!) - there's a lot of new in there, so you may enjoy nosing about!

Hope you hang around now that you've revisited!

This post doesn't explain it all, as we never really explained it all in one place. It was part of our 2009 April Fool's prank, in which we covered up the release of the (legitimate) Chrono Trigger section with some insanity involving the "original founder" of Caves of Narshe and even more meta-prankery as Climhazzard was "assimilated" into the new regime.
