I thought about posting this in News, but it's not exactly news, I guess. It's an interesting read, though. Apparently Nintendo's Iwata has been interviewing third-party developers for a while (probably in order to try to dispel the notion that Nintendo hardware is only good with first-party games), and most recently he's turned to Square Enix' Nomura to talk about Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance on 3DS. It's got some neat insight into the process of building the game, and also about how Nomura himself thinks and how he learned the trade, worth a brief read!
