So yeah like it reads ol Tesco is hoppin round on his left foot while his right ankle looks like a friggin plum.

Last time this kind of thing happened to me...Wait this aint ever happened to me before >.<

Anyways I dunno it sucks but I gotta deal with it right?

This thing does get any bigger though....I might have to pop it like a balloon XD

Ice it at least half an hour a day- no heat! I've been dealing with swelling in my knee after surgery a few months ago, and that's what the doctor told me. A month or so ago, when I went in, he took out a bunch of fluid with a syringe. The fluid looked suprisingly like pilsner beer, and there was almost a whole beer bottle's worth.

I hope your recovery goes well! The best way I've found to ice it is to buy a box of those gallon-sized ziplock bags and fill one with ice.

Well lemme goes in this order:

No-Name: Its cool, I figured i'd at least say a little bout whats happened to me since I been away for awhile. But it ended up that way cause well, let's just say having your 240 pound body fall straight on your ankle will inflict some hardcore pain.

Finalias: Eh had to walk on it the day after it happened and don't have insurance to get it checked. Dont have a job so I cant afford it.

Seraph: NOpe all I've had is a couple family members look at it. It was the size of a plum 20 minutes afterwards, and the next morning was a kiwi so right now its just tender.
