Catherine O’Hara, ‘Schitt’s Creek’ and ‘Home Alone’ Star, Dies at 71
Ouch! Yet another hit to the childhood. So many icons form my childhood are dead now.  I loved her in home alone. She will sorely be missed. RIP Catherine  |

The timing of her passing was surprising to me personally as I'd just finished my first-ever watching of Schitt's Creek about a week before she passed. Just my own personal anecdote around that, I guess, but it is always sad to lose someone so talented at any age.
