He did it as a cruel game!! what a cruel game to play with human lives.

Clearly not insane but rather:doesn't care.

This is a prime example of psychopathy:someone who knows the difference between right and wrong and chooses wrong because it benefits him and knows its wrong but simply doesn't care.

That would be like:if i took someone random like:i dunno someone toying with their life and force them to fight for their lives just to amuse myself,i'm sure you guys would think i'm one sick person if like:your whole town was in trouble and half the people die and all as a test a game.

Not only that,but to add insult:i try to bribe one of you who is successful at overcoming the obstacles i placed before you like some rat in a maze.

I don't know about you but i think this guy isn't nice.
