Not sure where to put/ask this so I figure this is the best place.
I am a devout fan of the pre FFX games (Im sure if you read the stuff I have wrote, you would get that idea). I want FF3. I want it on the PS1. Is that a possibility? I do not mean some sort of import as I can not read/understand Japanese. I guess what Im asking is there a way to copy it onto a disk that is playable on the PS1/2/3? |

I can't imagine that there would be a way to do that - I am not aware that anyone has ever modified a PS1 in a way that could emulate NES games. It would seem unlikely that anyone did so, largely because an NES is pretty much the most widely emulatable system in history already. It would be even more unlikely that the NDS version would be emulated.
Perhaps there is some sort of emulator that would run on a jailbroken PS3 and could then play an NES game. I guess, in short, that it would be theoretically possible to do, yeah, probably for any Playstation system. But that's just theory. I wouldn't look around too hard were I you because I wouldn't expect to find an answer, and almost certainly not an answer legal enough for me to want to talk about it on CoN as per our rules. ![]() -------------------- "To create something great, you need the means to make a lot of really bad crap." - Kevin Kelly Why aren't you shopping AmaCoN? |

I would imagine you'd have to know both the PSX and NES inside out to do that. -------------------- |
