AAHHH GOLDEN SUN: DARK DAWN COMES OUT IN FIVE DAYS I'M SO EXCITED

Excuse me. Sorry about that.

So yeah. Is anyone else looking forward to Dark Dawn? I loved the past two Golden Sun games, and I had started to give up hope for a sequel after roughly seven years since The Lost Age.

I was about to start a new thread, but i think this one will do, since it is generic open regarding GS.

probably some of you already finished the game (i'm close). I would like to know what are your feelings about this game, since its been a loooong wait for him.

i'm asking because I played the first two games and something about dark dawn is bugging me; the Lore of the first two games seems to be ignored, i mean, we spent two games

messing around with alchemy, visiting Lemuria and a bunch of other places and we see nothing of that in DD. OK, the Golden Sun event changed the geography and all, but it seems strange that we never saw any of these "alchemy machines" when we walked around Angara with Isaac.

What i mean is, some towns, such as belinsk or the Sanan are sohwn by the game as if they had existed for Millenia (since they have legends that their civilization would reborn with the alchemy machines being reactiveted), while important places and people from previous games are not mentioned and we see no reference that they ever existed, not even some ruins or whatever (such as the "monk-like" temples from the first game). Not even Lemuria... Babi...

after all, it is a good game, still is a worthy Golden Sun experience, but it feels more like a spiritual sequel than a game directly connected with previous games. I have some coplanits about the characters, but first I want to know what you guys think about the game.
