When you enter a fight, is it normal for the game to pause sometimes? Kinda scared me the last time I played it- I thought my game was gonna freeze.

I don't know if my disk is on it's last leg- it's pretty old and I've played through it loads of times, so I don't know if I should replace it.

That doesn't sound normal. Replacing the disc could be expensive so I would clean it thoroughly yourself. If that doesn't work take it into a games shop to fix the disc. It costs about £2 over here so I'm sure it would be cheap for you.

I got to the Golden Saucer date scene and right before Tifa said the "awww" moment, the game locked up. I did the disk trick; it worked with disk 2.

Also- is it legal for me to use an ISO, seeing as I own the game?
