Has anyone played this game yet? I was browsing Amazon today and noticed it was on the BF Ad for $16 new. I ordered it for myself. It seems to have recieved decent ratings.

I've heard of it, but it looks terrible. Why would I play a game that is purposely archaic just for the sake of being archaic? I mean, Megaman 9 was archaic because the developers knew they could make a better game like that, and Sonic 4 was like that because it was supposed to be back-to-basics for Sonic the Hedgehog...

Playing it and loving it  I'm calling it Final Fantasy XIII, because it's what Final Fantasy XIII should of been. The characters and battle system is excellent, and the difficultly is in the middle. It's hard, but it's not " I want to throw my DS out the window and smash the game against the wall several times " hard. It's just like FF1- FF4. I highly recommend buying this game. -------------------- Currently playing Chrono Trigger !! Currently looking forward to Don't Know. |

I got it for my birthday, it's a great game. It has the feeling of FF5.
