Does anyone know how to replace the red background in the Flare spell with something more... black?
Also, I want a black\very dark grey palette for the flare itself, I've tried palettes from several black spells but they turn out grey or oddly colored. |

You misunderstand, I'm referring to modifying a copy of FF3US. I already own a cart.

Quote (Magitek_slayer @ 26th July 2010 15:58) Uh not sure if thats really allowed here in this forum. Anything related with pirating and hacking games may be prohibited, you may want to read the rules just in case. You really don't know what you're talking about. Discussing the modification of a ROM is not against the rules of the site - discussing ways in which one would procure these is not something we like to see done. It's not because we care what you do, it's just that we don't want to be involved. See the rules: Quote e. Illegal Activities: Any discussion of how to perform illegal file-sharing in general and obtaining ROMs in particular is forbidden. Do not ask for, provide links for, or offer to share ROMs using site resources. If you want to talk about all the software you steal, hey, whatever, that's not our problem. But the second you use our site to describe how you did it, that's another story entirely, and we won't accept it. This is met swiftly and often severely. However, we do in fact have rules about telling people what to do if you're not a forum moderator or admin. Perhaps you should read the rules, just in case. Quote d. Acting like a Moderator: The CoN already has a staff of moderators who find it easiest to do their job when they can simply chastise an errant member without also having to sort out everyone who saw the offending post first. Feel free, therefore, to politely tell other members when they are in violation of the rules, but don't go overboard, eh? Sorry, Mikey, I can't help you out, but we do still have some people come around from time to time who might. I'd suggest subscribing to the topic if you're not going to be checking back frequently. -------------------- "To create something great, you need the means to make a lot of really bad crap." - Kevin Kelly Why aren't you shopping AmaCoN? |

I *do* have an idea about how one might go about that... er, I would, if I had my notes in front of me. Let me just get back to you on that.
