Have you tried...
Ocremix.org They are usually the ones who do this type of remixes. They have a bunch of crazy remix... Check Out their JENOVA remix, I don't like techno, but they have some great stuff with video game music in general. Pot Hockets is one of their best artist. They have music for PacMan, Mario, a lot of RPG's, Zelda, Metroid, Street Fighter, and Mega Man, they have so amazing Mega Man remixes.
