ive done all the side quests and now can enter the deep dungeon. there is supposed to be an exit randomly placed in each level and ive searched the 1st level panal by panal and cant find it. could it be possible that that was a feature for the japanese version or am i just not loking hard enough?

Here are some tips to find the exit panel :
Kill everyone but one ennemy (Sleep, Stop, Don't Move, anything you like to keep that last ennemy standing while you search) You don't have to equip Move Find Item to find the exit : all your attack team can participate. Use Yell with Ramza every turn, and cast Haste on the others to do it faster. On some rare occasion, I searched for every panel and didn't find the exit : it was because the last ennemy was standing on it. Make him move as your last resort. Finally, I read something about the exit location being chose between 5 or 6 different predetermined locations on the map : look for it in one of the Gamefaqs.com guide (I didn't test it, so I'm not sure it's true). If you're only looking for the exit, don't bother about getting the buried treasures : you can get them another time. Good luck. |

Quote (ramza_beoulve @ 31st August 2003 17:30) i dont have to worry about the treasures. i allready have them all :E . Well if you already have them all, then you probably already know this, though i'll mention it for redundency's sake. I'm pretty sure that you need to have Move-Find equipped to all of your characters (or at least the one who steps on the exit) in order to find the next level, and so on... -------------------- "Not me... I'll just go ahead and close it for now, in case it can help someone else out. For example, I was unsure whether or not you needed move-find to find the exit, and as it turns out, you don't.
