I can't find much info on this. I've heard it might have been made by a film student or a festival but I'm really not sure. Either way, this is AMAZING. Watch it and please tell me if you know anything about it. I promise you'll probably think it's great!

There isn't any information on the site from what I can see. That was pretty damn awesome, though. I was hesitant as it started, but then I just got sucked in. If it is a student film, though, they had an impressive team and budget to work on it with. Also, very Cloverfield-esque.

I did some searching, and found some answers here:

The above site shows the codes that are present on whatsinthebox.nl, but I can't really make heads or tails of them. Edit There has been quite a bit of searching and hidden secrets about this "What's in the Box" thing. I found a guy who has decoded almost everything. Try clicking the other three quadrants of the circle... Everything else is answered in the link I gave. Sweet swirling onion rings. That video was awesome. I never thought of it before, but "Half life" would make a pretty cool scifi flick. Maybe in the near future we'll have a blockbuster Half life movie.
