I came across Sculptris recently, and thought I'd try it out. Horns were added in Blender and rendering was painted in Gimp. This is what resulted. I don't have enough blender skills, pc memory/power, and motivation to do the metal stuff coming out of his spine (or is it armor?), but hopefully you can enjoy this piece anyway.
