FF6 regular boss theme is my favorite. It always makes me think of Tunnel Armor for some reason.
Honorable mentions are Kefka's final boss theme where the drums kick in over a suped-up version of his regular theme (which has a drastically different mood to it), and Jenova's theme. FF7 boss theme always makes me think of Godo in the pagoda because it looks like he's dancing to the music while he fights you. -------------------- Wha? Thanks to me? |

My favorite boss music is either the Zodiac Boss Theme from FFT or that of FFVI's boss battles. (It's been a while since I played VI, so if there is more than one boss theme, the one I'm thinking of plays during the battle with Atma Weapon on the Floating Continent.)

FF III's boss one. Followed by the boss and Kefka-themes from FFVI and the boss and four fiends theme in FFIV. Oh, and the Zeromus one.

J.E.N.O.V.A - FF VII Second place would be The Battle With Seymour from FFX And 3rd place The Battle of the Four Fiends- FF IV But listening to the Jenova boss battle theme brings out really good nostalgia ^^ -------------------- Currently playing Chrono Trigger !!
