You can steal this from Bagrisk(Cosmo Area).Usually it give's you soft
but sometimes it gives you the Claw.But somewhere i read that after
certain level you can't steal them.I played after Save of the Gi at level 42
and steal 2 later i'll just dublicate them.

Maybe your post about the little boy/ turbo ether should go there aswell. I was surprised not to see that in the guide. Although, don't wanna ruin the game for people by telling them everything and not letting them find stuff out for themselves.

The best time to steal Vagyrisk Claws is the first time that you go to Cosmo Canyon... like you said, it takes a lot of fights to steal even 2 or 3... as there is only about 2~3% chance that you'll steal it. (Because steals are level based)

After you are above Level 40 or so, the chances to stealing the Vagyrisk Claw are just 1%... after level 76, you can't steal one.
