Hi FFVI fans.
I'm playing through FFVI for the first time. (I'm a little behind the curve. ![]() I have just finished Thamasa and am ready to find the Floating Continent. If I speak to any of my team members on the airship, of course, I am able to change party members. However, I only seem to have TWO slots for characters. I can get three if I take Gau, have him leap out into the Veldt, then go back to the airship and fill the now vacant #2 slot. What is the deal? ![]() H |

Possible spoilers: highlight to view Two People will join your party, a new character named Strago Magus, and Shadow... -------------------- A creature born from eternal darkness and heavenly light. One single entity, birthed of two opposites. They somehow coexist, to create I, the Lunarian Prince... |

I've already recruited said two people...
Possible spoilers: highlight to view I've fought through the Kefka / Leo battle Why is the airship limiting me to *two* ? Even most walkthrough's I've found on the internet say to "go select 3 members" at this point in the game. it seems like a glitch of some sort. ![]() Using Snes9x on my Wii. thx H |

I'm not absolutely certain but running a computer emulator on the Wii, sounds like a surefire problem causer. It might be compatibility issues, lockout problems and so on. I'm not sure if there's a virtual console version of FF VI or some way you could take a savestate over from the Wii to your main computer but you might want to consider those options if available. You really should be able to have 3 people in the party on the ride up.
Otherwise: Possible spoilers: highlight to view You may want to go ahead and try to go up with just 2 anyway. Doing so allows you to use Shadow when you get to the top or at least it should. This post has been edited by Tonepoet on 14th July 2009 08:45 -------------------- |

Actually, that might be a little bit more of a challenge, which could be a good thing. -------------------- |
