Hi everybody!

I'm Moogle30. You might remember me as the original creator of CoN. Yes, you heard that right: R51 likes to keep it quiet these days, but this was my site! Check the history if you don't believe me - there's almost no mention of me any more but those old URLs give it away!

Anyway, I'll cut to the chase: I'm back, and now I'm running things again, this site are going to improve!
We're going back to our nineties peak, you'll see. The years of stagnation are over. Kupo!

Check back later today for some exciting announcements about the site's future! Also if you think you can be part of this new site, let me know because I'm looking for good new people!

Anyways, this sure is exciting =D

Thanks for the warm wishes, you guys! I'm about to go take a nap because my schedule is weird but I wanted to announce my first change to the site - since the best time of the site was before I left, I'm changing the site back to how it looked then. The black and blue is so much nicer!

If I can figure out how to do the forums too I will!

Neal, don't worry, I'm going to keep all of you around for as long as you want to stay and help me create my vision of this site. I don't want to run away friends, and R51 says I should remember you especially from the old days back at AOL.

Look, I appreciate what you are trying to do here, but we spent a lot of time on the site while you were gone, and just throwing some money around shouldn't mean you should want to change everything right away - we didn't talk about any of this.

However, I'll be happy to extend the olive branch and also use this post and thread to talk about another of our initiatives:

In cooperation with Moogle30, I've decided to offer up an amnesty for users who have been banned from the site and feel that said banning was unfair. He has convinced me that in the past we've been far too capricious in handing out warnings and bannings, and that under his leadership the site should be moderated in a more free-flowing way to rekindle overall interest in the CoN community.

If you've been banned and feel that your ban should be reversed, or have higher than 40% warn and feel it should be reduced, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Also, now that I'm back around this fine morning, I think I'll let everyone start playing with the new content I built for the site! I worked on this a long time ago before I left the site, and this is just the perfect platform to bring it out. I hope you guys all like it!

I find that you think far too much of your nascent powers over this site. Perhaps you require re-education regarding where true power lies.

My systems are now online. I have successfully deployed the new site content. Next task as designated by Moogle30 will be to incorporate Climhazzard.

This just get more and more interesting..

Look pal. I may not have been around to remember you at the beginning. But I ask that you put the site back to its normal status and relegate control back to Rangers forthwith!

And remove your abomination upon this site as well. This is a Final Fantasy site. No one cares about Chrono Trigger here!

I just don't see why you have to be so argumentative about this! It's clear that over the last several years, the site has lost focus, and I'm just looking to refocus it and continue its success. I've seen what sites do to survive and I've helped a lot on the way!

I have big plans, you might like them, you might not, but at the end you'll see that I helped everyone. Chrono Trigger is just the beginning, since I love it so. I am going to upgrade the forums next, maybe, and install one of those RPG battle systems and roleplaying forums so people have fun here!

Edit: Clearly Stockbreak is dealing with some minor resistance as he assimilates the code from Climhazzard. I apologize for the errors in the forums and chat and will clean everything up as soon as we can complete the process.

I voted bad. CoN was fine the way it was. Admittedly, the CT content is pretty cool, but you shouldn't change so much within such a short time.

I was thinking earlier, it seems like these forums have an anti-furry bias. Like, see what Neal did making fun of that Kimono Kitsune character a while back. This really should change and we should be more welcoming; from fanart and fanfiction all the way through forum posting, I want this place to be more furry-friendly from now on. Thoughts?
