This patch replaced the Crusader summon sprites by the 3 Egyptians Gods.
Now instead of the Jihaad/Crusader Espers we will see these three
awesomenes cards monsters:
- The Tormentor "Obeliscs"
- The Celestial Dragon "Slifer"
- The Winged Dragon of "Ra"
Also a little txt description whas included on the people to talk about the Crusader Esper and when you beat all the 8 Dragons, to help reflex the changes into the main plot. The Magicite name is also changed to "TresGods" and the purifier attack is now "UltimatEnd".

blink.gif seems like an odd thing to patch in IMHO. But still a cool little gimmick.

My cousin just bought those Egyptian god cards. I've always liked yugioh. I was a Pokemon generation guy, however.

Anyways, how do make those patches? I am not schooled in the arcane arts of computer.

I'm with yelanates, in that the Three Egyptian Gods seem like strange patch choices, but they look great and obviously you like them enough to put them (or someone likes them enough to have you commissioned).

Awesome job!

Now you just have to make yet another version where they are called Obelix, the Tormenter; Slifer, the Executive Producer; and Mega Ultra Chicken.

(Also, you might want to include a link to your patch.)

He he, hi peoples, thanks for appreciate another of my fine art patches.
Well i also like Yu-Gi-Oh! and really are a fan of those 3 Gods Guys.
I don't have buy any card of it, but oh well they deserve a patch like this one.

Umm oh well, wonder how this was made?, well you need the Terri Senshi Sprite Editor program found en Rom Hacking Net.

I search in the net to found some pictures of these card gods, i used photo paint to reduce the pictures, it was a very painful work and required lot of time, since i have to face many troubles like the palette limitations, also the crusaders summon esper sprites pictures are specially troublesome and require some special combination on the way to localize the palette and configure the image. Is not as easy as you may imagine.

For example we need two linked shared images for the Obelisk and Slifer. One have for example the Obelisk palette, but also have to be in a half piece, the negative image of the Slifer, the same is for the other, the other have the Slifer palette and image but a also a half piece of the negative palette of Obelisk. Is a little complicated to explain, but if you try to Edith and replace some of the crusaders summons you understand.

Actually the most hard one was to do the Slyfer, but it also was the best realized one.

Ra also give me such a pain, since i have to make like collage to make it fix it in the rom, but actually his image size still produce a nasty glitch that i haven't find a way to solve.

Wen the animation end, the glitch take effect. Well there is something in the ASM code stuff or something that make the game fail if we upload a image that is a little different or bigger that the original tile, but try to put a Ra more little don't see good, so there is it.

If someone know a way to solve this bug i will thank it. Really.

Anyway, keep this up, vote for this patch in the Lenophis cite.
And try the other patches i made.
