Ifrit looks great. And one of the images, the one with the hooded figures, made me shiver. I actually might start looking forward to this game.

Everything looks really good. I suppose we will have to wait for them to put up trailers, although it does kind of suck that everything on the page about the characters is in Japanese. I wouldn't know what the trailers were about if they don't speak English.

The page is a very exciting development. I definately checked out everything...
 I was very happy to see the return of the classical summons! I've missed them so much since FFIX (FFX barely had any, and they were useless if you didn't use Yuna). Also, there's an amazing trailer for Versus XIII on gametrailers.com. It's the longest one. Yeah it does look good. The graphics are amazing! I'm surprised it ran so smoothly on my laptop.
I suppose this means we'll see a return of the traditional battles then? I was actually hoping it would be like FFXII. This seems a bit like a step back towards FFX. Plus the city reminds me of Zanarkand... the battles remind me of FFX-2. It's still probably too early to make big judgements, but so far there are many other games I'm looking forward to more. Then again, I said the same thing about FFXII and that's now one of my favourite games. It said 2009 at the end. I assume that's just for Japan then? -------------------- Scepticism, that dry rot of the intellect, had not left one entire idea in his mind. Me on the Starcraft. |

Funny, it reminded me a lot of FFXII... It looked like there was some Gambit-type stuff going on, and the characters weren't just repeating the same moves over and over; they were flowing from one move into the next. Either way, the battles look pretty smooth.
