Okay, so alot of you have probably heard of the infamous "Sketch bug"? Well, I didn't... until today. I'm wandering around the Dinosaur forest, levelling up before Kefka's tower, using Relm as one of the last characters as I was going to level up.

I get into 2 or 3 fights using the Sketch command, and all is well... the next fight all hell breaks loose! I use Sketch, the monsters and my party disappears, one characer reappears, turns red, changes into a morphed-Terra, who then changes into General Leo, Terra reappears below him. Mog is in my party, although now Mog is just a blob of flashing pink and blue dots, and my party can do almost nothing.

The really interesting part of this is that my Mog all of a sudden has two never before seen spells before- as far as I've encountered: "Hyperdrive" and "irager". Hyperdrive produces a "H-Bomb" spell, which looks like an airship from FF4 flying out from the screen into the distance dropping a great many bombs. "irager" produces a "Quasar" spell, which looks like what I'd imagine flying thru an asteroid belt looks like. Oh and the General Leo character has about 20 copies of the Fire spell, but they are all unusable.

Has anyone elsecome across anything crazy like this?

I have had similar glitches, but nothing that crazy. Were you able to keep playing after it happend?

H-Bomb is the attack that happens when you get three airships on Setzer's slots. Quasar is one of Strago's Lore spells, found near the end of the game. Hyperdrive is the attack that Siegfried uses on you in the Coliseum - it doesn't really look like H-Bomb at all. I think that irager is the name of an enemy, but I'm not certain.

And yeah, Sketch does weird stuff - once I had a character turn into Umaro that could cast Ultima. Not sure how that works out.
