Anybody got a relevant link to an article, film, etc. on the history of Video Games? I want to write something about the History of how graphic art changed through the years in video games.

I'm not internet savvy enough to post a link, but gamespot.com may have something similar you're looking for. I know they have multiple 'History of (insert game series/developer here)' so you might find something there.

Thanks anyways! What would really be useful, but rare, is a published book on the subject.

I was actually looking at this just the other day. On wikipedia.com they have a series of articles concerning the history of consoles and the important games that appeared on them, starting with the very beginning. I thought it was very interesting.

I think the closest thing to a book (if you couldn't find one) would be to look in the online archives of TIME magazine. I think they cover stuff like that once in while.
I did a simple search on Amazon.com using "video game history" and found this. There may be something better out there, but it's always a fine start. -------------------- |
