I've noticed something on the back of the knights of Draclau or Barinten, (the ones in red) on their back is a red cloak (duh) but the symbol is interesting, it's verrry similar to the symbol for the empire of FF6. Here's a pic of they Empire's symbol:

but as for the knight's one.... I can't find a pic of good enough quality to show oh well, the one for the knight's is almost exactly the same only white on a red background instead of black. Also doesn't really show the thorns. Is it merely just a fold of the cloak? or is it Propaganda across the FF Universes? I dunno, but the idea's been buzzing in my head for a bit


btw... I got the pic from the FF6 thread on what the symbol is (assumption is a rose, but a common alternate is of Yoshi screaming)

If my memory serves me correctly (its been a while since ive played FFT), all knights have that symbol on thier back. Look at the Hokuten cloaks when you have to fight them. They have a symbol on thier cloaks that matches the Cardinal's and Barintens knights but its blue instead. I belive that the Nanten also had white capes with blue symbols. To actualy answer this thread, I think its just similar to Gestals symbol and a coinsidence.

Yea probably, but looking at a pic of the white cloaks with blue symbols are harder to make out, the white on red is clearer, I do believe its a coincidence though. It's just random thought from playing FFT that might have been cool to point out to the CoN community.

Neat, didn't know you ever saw a full back angle. now the connection looks silly at best, o well, from an angle you can kinda see it, but o well. Thx for the pics.
