Well, Im collecting all of the game's enemy skills and im stuck on a few:
1.is there any other way to get trine besides materia keeper + godo
2.i have pandora's box on 1 materia, but do you really have to wait for the dragon zombie to cast it or is there like an item because it tends to use shadow flare more if i give it kiss of death...so
3.are L4 death L3 flare and L2 Confu enemy skills?
4.is there any other way to get aqualung besides from JENOVA-LIFE?

well why dont you look at the enemy skill guide on this website mate?
It should be very helpful and tell you a lot more than i know lol

Seriously, it seems that FF7 gamers beyond any other have an inability to figure out that there's a huge guide for their game.

Took me less time to find this on the site and type this response than it took you to post and wait for an answer, and this one link answers every one of your questions except for #2.

A Dragon Zombie will cast Pandora's Box only once the entire game, as a low-HP critical attack. After you've seen it once, you've missed your chance to get it again. Thus, it's on only one of your Materia, and you can't get it onto any others, sorry.

Note that, after you lose the buggy, you can still face Harpy by walking on the very edge of the desert if you want Aqualung. Personally, I get it ASAP. That skill takes me half way through the game with ease. =P

1. Godo, Materia Keeper and Stilva (apearing in the icy cliffs on your first way to the northern crater) are the only chances to get Trine
2. Pandora's Box will be cast only one time on your party by Dragon Zombie
3. none of these are Enemy Skills
4. there are a few enemies casting Aqualung, e.g. the Serpent in the Gelnika.

can you go back to gaea's cliff on disk three?

no, that's why in every guide for FFVII is written: if you want Trine for all 4 E.S. materias, you have to wait with Godo till you got the fourth E.S. from Chocobo Sage's house.

You can't go back to the Gaia Cliff. Mr. Holzhoff will stop you, if you try to approach the cliff.

yes, but if you equip more than one E.skill without trine, you will only learn it on the orb closest to the left, so o.0...

if you equip all E.S. to one character without Trine, they will all learn Trine I found it never difficult to master all 4 E.S. You only have to keep in mind the tactics for Trine and Pandora's Box.
