Watsup peoples. I thought that this needed to be in the forums. Here are some questions that are killin me....
1) I've gotten most of the secret guys, including Gilgamesh, Leviathan, and Gigantar. (yes I have the GBA version) I have not attempted The Ancient Castle yet, and i was wonderin. I have read before that you can turn Odin into Raidin by finding some secret switch. Does this mean that you have Raidin, but don't have Odin anymore, or do you have both. If Odin is replaced, I dont know if i should switch him with Radin or not. It's confusing me! FYI - This is my first run through of the game, and im lvling up my characters and preparing them for Kefka's Tower. 2) I have had Gilgamesh for a few days now, like 4 days, and I have only seen him use 2 attacks. The first one is a weak one called Masamune. 3 swords fly down from the sky, and the middle one lights up. Gilgamesh flys past his enemies, striking them. It does about 3000 to each enemy. The second attack is a very powerful one called Enkidu. 3 swords fly down from the sky, and they all light up. Then Gilgamesh runs past his foes, with some demon lookin thing, and his enemies are struck by these small tornadoes, doing about 9500 to all enemies. My question is...does he have any other attacks? 3) Who do you guys think is the best Esper? Now I haven't unlocked them all, but out of the ones I have... I like Gilgamesh. This forum post is not just for my questions. Feel free to ask Esper questions here if you need answers. [EDIT] Those are good points. I haven't gotten Bahamut yet...that stupid Doomgaze wont ever show up. BTW, Death Penalty, was the poem first created in mesopotamia (the one about Gilgamesh)? And was Enkidu the monster he fought, or his best friend. I forget. Also, in the other games didn't Gilgamesh have some pet that kinda looked like a Liger? Also, just so I dont have to spam this Forum, I would like to say thank you to everyone that has responded to my questions. [EDIT] Sorry, I know I wont shut up, but I got to know this... Once you complete the Ancient Castle, and leave, you can go back there anytime?? This post has been edited by Paladin777 on 7th July 2008 14:49 -------------------- Relm: What's wrong, lover boy? 1) Odin can't change back
2) He has one attack that i think is Excalipoor and it is supposed to be weak 3) Bahamut or Tritoch(Valigarmanda) i've always liked Palidor(Quetzalli) and Alexander too This post has been edited by BlitzSage on 6th July 2008 23:52 -------------------- |

1- Just to specify a little bit more, you have the option either to change Odin into Raiden or not. If you just avoid the room, you can change Odin into Raiden whenever you want. For examply, I waited until everyone had learned Odin's spell (meteor maybe? I've forgotten which exactly) before I did the change.
2- Well in FFVIII he had four different attacks, the last of which was an instant kill. So I'm not sure. And btw, Enkidu is another character from the same poem that Gilgamesh is from. Learnin' something new. 3- I've always like Alexander, in every FF, though I used summons far less in FFVI. When it comes to which esper has the best spells, that would have to go to Palidoor in my opinion. Haste and Hastega were a gigantic help. -------------------- Currently Playing : Final Fantasy V Most Recently Beat : Elder Scrolls: Skyrim Favorite Game : Final Fantasy X The newest CoNcast is up! 1. I made sure to get mileage out of Odin first. It's a good coincidence that the monsters in this dungeon have the second highest magic point drop outside of Kefka's Tower. I had about 5 characters get the speed bonus, especially Strago and Gogo. Once I got my spellcasters with Meteor, I was ready to part with Odin.
3. For physical attackers, I got really intimate with using Bismarck and Raiden. Likewise for magic casters, it was Zone Seeker and Tritoch. |

If Kefka was an Esper his attack would be Make-Up. He abuses his make-up with the monsters and makes them blush to death. BACK ON TOPIC. The best summon should be Tritoch, don't know why but, he deceives me.
