Quick question, i know this is going to be dumb, but when i left the magitek research facility i didnt encounter one of the mag roders, the small bird looking one. So my question is, when the world changes and i go to narshe, will the ones there fill its spot in the beastry or did i completely miss those?

The Mag Roders in Narshe are different from the ones in Vector. You can still find the one you missed in the Soul Shrine, though.

Drat i can't get through the shrine, sigh oh well.
